Ian Clare: Killer Dish

You are invited to Ian Clare's latest ceramic show "Killer Dish"

This is your chance to view some world class ceramic art – not only did Ian train under the Japanese Master, Shiga Shigeo, he also has exhibited internationally and has work in all the museums throughout Tasmania, and Australia.

This is your chance to find some exquisite and beautiful Christmas gifts as everything is for sale and goes from big to small, both functional and beautiful.

The exhibition opens on FRIDAY 13th December 2013 at 7pm at the Supper Rooms in the Cygnet Town Hall (14 Mary St Cygnet), and you are invited to come and share the nibbles and wine, and enjoy the entertainment (by SiSi).

The exhibition continues throughout SATURDAY 14th December and SUNDAY 15th December 2013 10 am – 4 pm.

Ian may be contacted on (03) 6297 8188 or ianj.clare@gmail.com

The opening was a huge success

Many people turned up to enjoy the entertainment (SiSi was a hoot!) and the pottery demonstration.

SiSi sang while Naomi paraded some of the items, then Ian demonstrated the full process of making a bowl. The crowd was enthralled…right until the grand finale.

The grand finale of the pottery demonstration was Ian doing a demo of “chattering”, as shown in the following short blurry video.
